FLOW-GENIX Duplex Basket filters are installed where continuous operation is required, where the quantity of impurities is large and the line cannot be shut down for cleanout. When collected solids build-up and impede Flow, diverter valves permit the transfer of Fluid Flow without interruption from one basket to another. In this manner since isolated, the dirty basket can be removed and cleaned. These are available with an option of a manual changeover.

Duplex Type Basket Strainer Filter has two filtration housing chambers, each rated for 100% capacity connected in parallel by means of 3 Way Ball Valve (02 Nos.), 2 Way Ball Valve (04 Nos.) or Butterfly Valve (04 Nos.). Diversion of fluid flows without interruption of flow with manual change over a valve or automatically (by the help of Pneumatic Actuator / Electrical Actuator Operated Valve) operated.

Duplex Type Basket Filter elements are generally made from stainless steel (S.S. 304/316/304L/316L/Duplex Steel/Super Duplex Steel / Monel / Hast Alloy) for corrosion resistance & long-life performance. Basket Strainer manufacture for Water, Lube Oil, CNG-LPG Gas, Air, Moisture, Chemical, Oil-Gas-Petrochemical Media Filters.
